Press Release – Universities New Zealand – Te Pokai Tara Helping public understanding of New Zealand’s COVID-19 response has been a focus for both recipients of this year’s Critic and Conscience of Society Award, presented by The Gama Foundation in a ceremony in Christchurch today [6 July]. Gama Foundation’s Grant and Marilyn Nelson, Associate Professor Siouxsie Wiles, Professor Alexander Gillespie at today’s Critic and Conscience of Society Award presentation in Christchurch. Two $50,000 Critic and Conscience of Society Awards are being presented: to Associate Professor Siouxsie Wiles (University of Auckland) and Professor Alexander Gillespie (University of Waikato).
