Theres a third shot and i believe this is the same gip in the middle of the screen with his arms raised. Reports say this is a 16yearold boy that was burned. The Fire Department in this area believes that they were smoking a hookah. Now, a hookah is a water pipe used for smoking, except with alcohol in it. Well, that doesnt add up.
