Lucy Who was parked to the first quarter, but once she took command, the Julie Walker student soared home to a 4-3/4 length victory in the $17,000 Harvest Series for Ontario-sired three-year-old trotting fillies on Monday, Nov. 13 at Woodbine Mohawk Park.
