Fairfield Park District will hold a special meeting today at 1:00 p.m. at the Swimming Pool at Leo French Park, Fairfield, Illinois 62837. The purpose of the meeting will be to meet and discuss the potential splash pad. The Wayne County Retired Teachers Association will meet on Tuesday, August 2, at Bob Boyles Hall on the campus of Frontier Community College in Fairfield. Lunch will be served at 11:30, followed by the program and business meeting. Cost of the meal is $12.00. Sara McGehee will present a program about her alpacas, Apollo, Winston, and Simon.
