ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) The Veteran Outreach Center s Liberty Landing, an affordable housing development for veterans, was completed Thursday.
The $10.4 million development includes 33 units of supportive housing for veterans and their families in the Rochester area.
Four apartments are specially designed for people with mobility impairments, two for those who are hearing or visually impaired and 10 for veterans with disabilities. This is not transitional housing, this is not one-stop, said Chairman of Conifer Realty Timothy Fournier.
