from republicans is i don t blame the president the for firing you. you should have been fired. nobody defended the president not only on ukraine policy, the military aid being repelled, et cetera, but nobody said the president was right to smear you u and i don t blame him for fire ing you because you weren t doing your job. did anybody hear that? all the people serve at the pleasure of the president and he gets to pick his own team. i think that s the case they tried to make over and over and over again. but they didn t say you should have been fired. but you can change policy midstream. you re allowed to tap out and same with the u.s. attorney. same with the ambassadors. i m not sure that would have made a great case r for them. they did try to say zelensky

anyone else, the russians probably have the full content of that phone call. do you know if there was anyone else on the call or if anyone else overheard? i ve seen other reporting from the associated press and others there s at least a second u.s. embassy employee who was also present at that restaurant in kiev who overheard the call. do you know anything about that? well there s been a second person who has come forward. we haven t interviewed that person. i don t know that we will. we ll see how this interview tonight goes with mr. holmes. thank you so much. we always appreciate your time. we re going to take a quick break or talk b about this with the panel. we ll talk with the panel. let s talk about what we just heard. what do you think? she seemed to not understand why republicans are making such a big issue. in this case, you have nunes
