In the buffalo, new york, area, theyre now dreading the rain and flooding expected this weekend and rushing to clear roofs before the water weighs them down further. Dozens have already collapsed, 1200 workers and more than 650 pieces of heavy equipment frb sent from around state to clear the streets.
