David we are in an odd moment where many of the technical issues that needed to get sorted out, including between Energy Secretary and his iranian counterpart, both of m. I. T. And my second question is, why dont we just increase minimum wage or do some index so were constantly increasing wages and we dont have to have this discussion. With the minimum wage l on the increase economists by and y large agree that there is a negative impact overall on the economy, particularly on like the 18 to 25 demographic where you see recordem levels of n unemployment.
