Undercut the argument for the necessity to pass this bill in the first place. It is a rational thing for all companies to do is to do the kinds of things this bill requires. You dont need to pass the bill. Not passing and is not going to have a substantial effect on interstate commerce. Discrimination is not going to be having substantial effect on your state congress. Companies are going to be taking steps to get rid of it, anyway. I think there are going to be situations where taking Sexual Orientation into account is going to make sense.
