With american troops facing the enemy on the field of battle, i would not be living up to my oath of office if i failed to do whatever is required to provide them with weapons and ammunition they need for their survival. Therefore, i am taking two actions. First, im directing the secretary of commerce to take possession of the steel mi
My friends and White House Council know that i have this view. It is thats what bush did. It is intended. It is intended to well i think that thats not sufficient particul particularly its not much of constraint. I think theres a Real Advantage in having legal advice come from the attorney general i spent three months in the white house before going to the justice department. I athink its a very difficult decision to make. And but the department of justice has an on going institutional responsibility and i think to have the office, to put the best lawyer, i would put or cliff, i wouldnt put them as head of llc. This is a bit to be no disrespect from the individual. I think the institutional arrangements that make that into play. I felt good. I had a white house player. So im every other day i went to the white house and went from office to office and said what are you doing that youre not telling me about that i need to know. But i think thats where you need to center the authority, th
Summary here and there are things in here that i agree on. You guys have been so critical of the 1964 war on poverty saying that we should actually try to help lift people out of poverty so they could be selfsufficient. I would be really happy to join you guys on that effort to do that but not with this double speak sort of stuff where you say you want to lift people out of poverty and then you do that by cutting medicaid and cutting snap. Really allowing people to have child care and snap and Educational Opportunity for 200, 250 of the Poverty Level and not just cutting them off and subjecting them to these high marginal tax rates. As soon as they get 8 an hour, all of a sudden they are not eligible anymore. And if you guys really want to work on welfare reform, ive got a bill. Ive got ideas. I was motivated to come to congress to do this, and id be happy to work with you if youre for real about it. I yield back to the lady. Gentle lady yields back. Thank you. The gentleman from alaba

But first marco rubio suspending his campaign after a poor finish in florida and the remaining candidates vowing to take the fight all the way to the convention this summer. We are going to go forward and we are going to win. But we are going to win for the country. We are going to win, win, win and we are not stopping. Well have great victories for our country. Only two campaigns have a plausible path to the nomination. Ours and Donald Trumps. Nobody else has any mathematical possibility whatsoever. Only one campaign has beaten donald trump over and over and over again. Look, this is all got, okay . This is all i got. All i can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart. But i want you to know something. We are going to go all the way to cleveland and secure the republican nomination. While its not gods plan that i be president in 2016 or maybe every. And today my d and maybe ever. And today my campaigns
