Not decreasing. Counties have self certified to ease more of the stayat home restrictions, this is in rural areas with very few cases. That includes El Dorado County were the governor spoke this afternoon. Those counties can move more quickly through phase two reopening. The governor said the counties are being cooperative, including sutter and yuba counties which he criticized last week for opening too soon, without state approval. I think we are up to 31 consultations, different counties we have been engaged with most have gone very well, some are not where they need to be. And we are going to try to do our best to work through some issues. Counties that meet certain benchmarks dining restaurants, shopping malls, and schools with modifications.
