One of these days, we are going to wake up and find that the people we are dreaming about are practically right in our backyard. [dog barking] it has happened. Lisa ssian, was a professor of history at the Des Moines Area Community college. She received her masters degree in womens studies from Eastern Michigan University and a doctorate from iowa state university, and agricultural history and rural eddies. She is an author of three books. Now directed her Research Interests in exploring hoovers postwar food relief efforts. She serves on the board of war and culture, and is the editor of a fourth coming a forthcoming volume.
