Mckinleys turn to be recognized. I want to recognize the gentleman from West Virginia for five minutes. Thank you, mr. Chairman. Thank you, administrator, for coming, participating in this. Over the years we had asked your predecessor no mike is up. Just come here. Now it is back. We had asked your predecessors to come particularly as relates to section 321a, to see the impact some of the regulations were having on in the coal fields and they declined to do that. But i am particularly appreciative of the fact that a week ago or two weeks ago the epa, you sent other folks to West Virginia to get the impact of what these regulations are having. Because it is pretty clear in the statute that we have to abide by the economic impact. We have to take that into consideration when rules and regs are promulgated. They didnt do that. I know you and i have had that conversation, that you want to follow the law very clearly, and i know a federal judge has already ruled that the epa in the past con

Entire fiscal year with a total of 664 billion for the department of defense. This includes important emergency funding for Missile Defense activities. And as we all know, our troops and commanders must have the resources that they need, and in especially Uncertain Times and especially at a time of the holidays. This legislation will allow them to continue to advance peace with the resolve of superior fire power and professionalism across the globe. The legislation reauthorizes and extends funding for the c. H. I. P. Program, for five years, something that is very important to me, not only being from dallas, texas, but as an advocate for children and those especially with disabilities. It also extends funding for Community Health centers and several other Public Health programs through 2019. The measure also provides more medicaid funding for puerto rico and the u. S. Virgin islands. I note also we have the gentleman who i will be asking to give a full update at any time on this issue
Republicans want to go above and beyond in spending. I just want to point out how dangerous the direction on these policies are. At the same time, were plunging our nation deeper into debt. We are seeking in the house of representatives to pass defense spending bill for the year. I think it is fair to give her public and the chance and decide democrats to save 18 billion. The administration did not ask for this extra 18 billion. There are so many other programs that even a fr
