Kommersant: Turkey fosters military cooperation with Ukraine amid Donbass flare-up
Turkey has emerged as a new external player in the Donbass escalation, following Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s Saturday visit. During the tour, the parties discussed mainly military contracts, which Ankara described as the driving force of these relations.
