Brasilia (Agenzia Fides) - The Pastoral Land Commission (CPT), an organization linked to the National Conference of Bishops of Brazil (CNBB), presented the 35th edition of the report that contains information on conflicts in the Brazilian countryside for the year 2020. At the launch, the CPT paid tribute to Dom Andre de Witte, Bishop who presided over the CPT in the last administration, and died on April 25, 2021.
The Bishop of Itacoatiara and current President of the CPT, Mgr. Major new report highlights education and healthcare issues caused by relocation
There are significant gaps in education and healthcare for the children of military servicepeople, according to a new report published today by Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), commissioned by the Naval Children’s Charity (NCC).

The report is a follow-up to the Overlooked Casualties of Conflict report, also commissioned by the NCC and published in 2009. Since this was published, the number of service personnel with children reported by MOD surveys has increased from 48% to 79% (statistics correct as of April 2020). Based on the current strength of the UK Regular Forces, this reflects an estimated increase from approximately 91,000 to 115,000 service per

The Babuk gang of threat actors claims to have stolen more than 250 gigabytes of data from the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) on Monday, including police reports, internal memos, and arrested people’s mug shots and personal details.
According to Vice, the attackers published the claim and the data on the official Babuk site. They also criticized the MPD’s security, and taunted the law enforcement agency by saying that “We find 0 day before you” in its demand note, and threatened to publish yet more data if their extortion demands aren’t met.
