The archdiocesan Schools of Special Education will host a virtual parent information night on Wednesday, May 19 from 7 to 9 p.m.
Families can meet Danielle Heeney, director of special education for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, who works directly with its three special education schools including Our Lady of Confidence School at the St. David Parish site in Willow Grove and its high school program currently located in Wyncote, Montgomery County; St. Lucy School for Children with Visual Impairments in Philadelphia’s Juniata Park section; St. Katherine School’s main campus in Wynnewood and its high school program in Radnor.
The Archdiocesan Schools of Special Education (SOSE) will host a virtual parent information night Wednesday, May 19, 2021 from 7 p.m. â 9Â p.m.
This session will provide families with an opportunity to meet Dr. Danielle Heeney, Director of Special Education for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Dr. Heeney assumed her new position in early April 2021 and will work directly with the three SOSE. They include Our Lady of Confidence School Saint David Parish Site in Willow Grove (Montgomery County); and Our Lady of Confidence School High School Program currently located in Wyncote (Montgomery County); Saint Lucy School for Children with Visual Impairments in Juniata Park (Philadelphia); Saint Katherine School Main Campus in Wynnewood (Montgomery County) and Saint Katherine School High School Program in Radnor (Delaware County). In addition, she will coordinate special education services in Archdiocesan high schools throughout the five-county region.
