Start to our morning but actually we have a good bit of clouds in place, a lot of low clouds and some patchy fog this morning. Thats why you cant see it on our satellite returns. We have areas of misting which seems like a fine rain. It has, in part to do with the fact the fog is in place so when you have that moisture content so densely packed in the air, you can see the water kind of collecting on the windshield as you drive this morning but just if youre driving early on.
