May 27, (THEWILL) - The National Union of Air Transport Employees (NUATE) has declared persona non grata at the general manager of Turkish airlines, Mr Lookman Balkan, refuting claims seven Nigerian staff sacked by the airline were involved in $600,000 ticket racketeering. In a statement signed by Ochene Aba, General Secretary of NUATE, on Monday,
