however, william bar reaps the paper and he knows what congress is saying and he knows they want to get the report out. i am sure he s exploring how he can do in his confirmation hearing which is providing as much information as he can. do we have any idea that the white house is going to get the report before congress does. i know there had been some reports out there that the white house wants to get their hands-on it first. well, the regulations don t call for that at all. i would be surprised if the report is back channelled to the white house before whatever provision is made for getting into congress. we don t know how that s going to be done. i don t know if the attorney jay
