Building watchdog warns not to engage unlicensed concreter

Premium Content Subscriber only A warning has been issued to Central Queensland residents by the state s building watchdog about engaging the services of unlicensed concreter Jacob Moratti. The Queensland Building and Construction Commission urged people to be extremely careful when dealing with Mr Moratti, who has allegedly ripped off a number of victims.
