Convicted killer Scott Peterson returns to court as he fights to get his case retried. Good afternoon. Im Elizabeth Cook and for ryan today. Todays hearing comes weeks after the los angeles Innocence Project took up his case. Peterson is currently serving a life sentence without parole for the murders of his pregnant wife laci and their unborn son.
