CONCORD, N.C. Beginning, Monday, April 19, the City of Concord Transportation Department began replacing traffic signals at the intersections of Union Street and Cabarrus Avenue, as well as Union Street and Corban Avenue.
Below is the planned work schedule and lane closures. Each closure is expected to last one day, from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m., weather permitting.
