CONCORD, NH A former Concord police detective has been arrested and held without bail after being accused of violating conditions of his bail and contempt of court. Brian Croft was arrested Wednesday by the New Hampshire Attorney General s Office after two incidents during the day where officials accused him of knowingly violating bail conditions by being near and contacting the victim in the case. He faces multiple charges including stalking and contempt of court, according to Kate Giaquinto, the director of communications for the New Hampshire Attorney General s Office.

They are among 11 former workers at the Youth Development Center in Manchester who have been arrested this month, the New Hampshire state attorney general’s office said in a statement. The seven others, including two from Massachusetts, have been charged with either sexual assault or acting as accomplices to assault from 1994 to 2005.
