Chick-fil-A - Will open at 10:30 a.m. Monday.
City of Ballinger - Opening at 10 a.m Monday
City of San Angelo Offices / Trash service pick up - Offices will delay opening until 10 a.m. Monday.
Concho Educators Federal Credit Union - Offices and drive-thrus will open at 10 a.m. Monday.
Grape Creek Independent School District - Classes are remote Monday.
Goodfellow Airforce Base - All base activities canceled Monday. Mission essential personnel are to report as directed by their unit leadership.
