As part of the process were before the eastern neighborhoods on june 15th of this year they unanimously supported the increase in the in kind agreement and i want to read a couple of changes to the in kind agreement what we realized in the last week the fees is actually the total fees and not for the eastern neighborhood fees that is the only thing to get a waiver so in article 3. 1 the fees owed from 4. 4 million plus to 4. 02 m.
