Uncle s vile sex abuse against six year olds The two kids - a boy and a girl, both aged six to seven years - had been under his care at the time in the Mackay region. Young girls were often the victims in these sex crimes. Mackay District Court heard he was the little girl s uncle by marriage and was often her babysitter when the offending occurred. His sexual abuse involved touching her and making her touch him, oral sex, raping her with objects and attempting to have actual sex. He also sexually assaulted his nephew. He pleaded guilty to charges including rape and can apply for parole in February 2022.

A man took a crocodile to a motel, skinned it, chopped it up and then ate it.
For that he copped fines amounting to almost $10,000.
Paul Andrew Isaacson, from Cannonvale, pleaded guilty in Proserpine Magistrates Court to taking a protected animal and making a false or misleading statement to a conservation officer, after he lied about it.
The court heard the Islands Inn Motel owner, in Mandalay, saw the 47-year-old cutting up the body of a crocodile, on September 18, 2018.
