we certainly have had staff leave through the pandemic because of being stressed out over work and that s put a crunch on the number of hours people are working. what i have seen and want to impress upon people the comradery between different services. er vets working the icu, nursing going from ob down to the er. it s been truly amazing to see everyone kind of, you know, circle the wagons and take care of the folks we need to take care of. you know, that probably gets to a point where it can t go on any longer. i hope we don t get to that point and really the message is please get vaccinated, please be safe if you re not vaccinated because, you know, it s just no telling where we go next. so as i understand it again, the reason for a good chunk of this besides the fact that we re in the season where people often will get ill, but the majority of the people there, that are there for covid r unvaccinated? yeah.
