BELGRADE (Serbia), April 29 (SeeNews) – Swiss-based ICT group ALSO signed an agreement to acquire Serbian sector player PIN Computers on April 28, it said.
The acquisition of PIN Computers, with operations in Serbia, Montenegro as well as Bosnia and Herzegovina, is part of ALSO’s growth strategy in Eastern Europe, the Swiss-based company said in a statement on Wednesday.
