CANTON  Massive changes in the way Stark County’s largest school district educates its students are coming. The five-member Canton City school board on Wednesday approved the district’s Design for Excellence plan, which reconfigures nearly every school building in an effort to reduce operating costs while providing more educational opportunities for students.
