And my thoughts and prayers are with the families of those who are lost and those who are injured. And were all anxious to get to the bottom of what happened. But this appears to be a symptom of a larger problem. I know we touched this in many different capacities here today, but the u. S. Navy has, my understanding of all this, has moved training out of the schoolhouses and instead embraced an onthejob training model, which is what sailors do, operate with little sleep and without a singular focus on learning.
