Charles and Prince Georges County schools will close two hours early. Afternoon and evening activities including the board of education meeting are canceled. In virginia, Prince William county schools are closing three hours early. Arlington and alexandria city will close two hours early. Falls church city schools are on an Early Release schedule and day care will close at 4 00 p. M. There. A lot of other districts canceled classes because of the extreme cold.
