The Police Officer said they respond to 1,000 calls to oakland schools per semester. 300 of which are serious and would fall on Oakland Police to respond. And the school has to focus on the other calls that are not as serious. Its making sure that the 700 that can be handled above the administrative staff dont fall in to the 300.
