Police reforms in San Francisco. The loss of life is tragic, and it doesnt matter how it happened, its tragic. These things, we try to avoid them as much as we can. But we do have an obligation to protect the public. Reporter neighbors say groups of people often hang out on the block and they were upset. Its to the as bad as it used to be because of the police presence, but they still hang there. So im just heart broken over this.
