Right now if i came to the United States legally, not coming illegally, i came here legally as an h1b you worker, someone who works as a guest worker in the hightech industry or requires a College Degree and i had children in the United States, they would become citizens but i would not be, necessarily, im have a right to become a citizen of the United States. I could apply for citizenship but theres nothing that technically says i have to become a citizen. Theres millions who come to the United States who have children and they still have to leave, even though they came here legally. Are you aware that . I did not know that.
