(TSXV: ILC) (the Company or Offering ) of up to 18,181,818 units ( Unit ) at CAD $0.11 per Unit to raise gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000. Each Unit will be comprised of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a Warrant ). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share at an exercise price of CAD $0.165 per common share until March 31, 2024.
