(OTC Pink: PYYX) ( Pyxus or the Company ), a global value-added agricultural company, today announced results for its fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2020. Quarter Highlights: Sales and other operating revenues increased $16.3 million or 4.5% to $379.6 million for the three months ended December 31, 2020 from $363.3 million for the three months ended December 31, 2019. Gross profit as a percent of sales increased to 16.5% for the three months ended December 31, 2020 from 15.2% for three months ended December 31, 2019. Selling, general, and administrative expenses ( SG&A ) were $45.9 million for the three months ended December 31, 2020 and 2019. Net loss improved $13.8 million or 62.7% to $8.2 million for the three months ended December 31, 2020 from $22.0 million for the three months ended December 31, 2019.
