Guest i think it is fair to say this is proving to be one of the more partisan fccs i have ever observed. I say that having observed many of them on the congress committee. I think it is stylistic and i think chairman wheeler has an agenda in mind and he wants to push it and he needs to votes. It makes it challenging for us but because on one hand our issue, telecommunication issue should not be republican and democrat. It seems to be more divided that way than i have ever seen. If we have prolonged negative rates they start getting worried. If we are looking at negative rates at the moment, it looked like it will be prolonged. Theres no optimism out there. Japanification is happening. It has been anything but what was expected last year. We have slowing global growth. Have seen financial happen quickly even though we are in a quantitive easing environment. I think the worry here is that negative rates are a calculation of traditional centralbank methods to slow the economy rather than a means to a more predict event. If you buy things negative then effectively you are getting less money. Negative rates could stay for longer terms. Sweden, 4 but still a negative rate. Where will the next shot come from . Business, microsoft going into the cloud. This week we are looking at more of the retail channel which is apple, which expectations are so low, could very well turn and stock is dirt, dirt cheap. Im looking at buy for the first time in a long time. Linkedin is also more on the retail channel, jobs and so forth. They are two different worlds of tech. That wont matter. Tech as an umbrella has been bad. You look at the performance last week, alphabet down six, ibm three, amazon three, Hp Enterprise down three as well. Does this turn this week or get wor worse . What we are seeing, we talk about rotations all the time. Maybe this is what we are seeing, rotation within tech. Microsoft up 24 in the last year, google up over 30 . When you look at intels numbers, this stock was trading in the very low, towards 30, actually right after earnings, then flipped around by the time we opened the following day after earnings. Stocks moving into positive territory and holding on to some of the gains.
