Not only that, if you get these plans, and theres no expectation of market now, maybe some start to creeps in on tax, if you get infrastructure and tax in the u. S. The small caps will benefit tremendously for a lot of domestic issues trump is focused on i think they will do quite well. It helps keep the haters at bay.
