A big intersection has just reopened to traffic after a hit and run crash. She was hit by two drivers this morning under the 680 over pass. The driver of the first car stopped and the second driver can did not and was chased by a witness until they pulled over a free way and here is a live picture that we were telling you about. That roadway is clear and then the second person is arrested for a hit and run and driving without a license as well. Cars are able to pass through the area.
