When spring comes in. This is the first day of spring. Spring is a time that of renewal, rebirth, always a time of hope. So i think it is significant that we think about that today. We are in dead winter. We know this winter, what we are going through, is going to continue for a while. But we also know there is hope. And we know that spring will come. Spring will come to ohio and across this country and it reminds us of how good life is, and the importance of all of us to do everything we can to get through this and to move forward. There will be a new day coming. And if dr. Acton was right, we may see a baby boom. See a lot of babies born. Thans nothing more joyful the birth of a child. So we have a lot to look forward to. I want to thank all my fellow citizens in ohio. For what they are doing. Because it truly is a patriotic act, individual things that people are doing, what people are doing to help their fellow citizens, what they are doing to stay away from their fellow citizens. T

After 40 days of dry weather, right in the middle of winter, we are finally looking firefighters in Contra Costa County are at rain this morning, not a lot unfortunately but we are ending investigating a house fire that the dry stretch and you can see the radar right behind me. Happened last night. We are dealing with a few scattered showers this morning. So rolling through your morning, we will have mostly cloudy skies and the showers a fire official says when crews are going to continue to march arrived there was across the bay area. Heavy smoke and fire throughout temperatures this morning in the mid40s to mid50s with all the home. Residents who escaped told First Responders an elderly woman was still inside, that woman did not survive. Two of that cloud cover. Other people were treated. This rain is not going to last. How the person who has helped in our efforts to move the needle on homelessness, who probably every time i call him, and i tell him about somebody, he not only knows the name of that person, with the whole story about their medical history and family, and when they came here and everything else, believe it or not, its a tough job to manage our Homeless Department in San Francisco, but Jeff Kaczynski does it because he cares and because he knows that last year when we helped 2,000 people exit homelessness, thats 2,146 people that are not sleeping on our streets tonight and that matters.
