she s not attorney general now. she has the option to make that decision, because she s the chief federal lawmaker there. the fact that she s seeking higher office, it s obvious that s going to seek attorney general of the united states. i think she ll hold off in making the decision until she s in washington. a decision of this nature to indict a police officer for a civil rights violation during the course of which there s been a death. where the police officer has been exonerated by a state grand jury, the senior people in the justice department, of which she will be the chief, presumably in another month or so, she s a comp tent, basically apolitical lawyer who s qualified for this job.
