Today were introducing a Bipartisan Legislation to ensure that russia does not receive any sanctions relief until it earns it. Clearly there has been some confusion as to exactly what is the status of sanctions that exists with reference to actions that russians have taken in ukraine and that they have taken with respect to hacking into american elections with the intent of having an impact on those elections.
