Devils Lake – Devils Lake Scout Pack 28 scoutmaster Andy Wakeford reported that after the troop collected non-perishable food items last week, they were able to donate nearly 1,200 pounds of food to the Hope Center.
The scout said they would like to thank the community for their generosity in giving for the project.

DEVILS LAKE - The BAMBAM award is given to a Bergstrom Cars Team Member who goes above and beyond as they live out our values at Bergstrom Cars, and this month our award actually has co-recipients! Congratulations to our latest BAMBAM award winners: Devon Held and Travis Myklebust!
Jesse Everson, General Manager of Marketplace Ford Lincoln said that “Travis and Devon both work extremely hard to satisfy their guests and they are always looking for opportunities to grow. Specifically, both have really excelled in working with internet customers. Community Shout Out: St. Alexius gives big to community

DEVILS LAKE- Andrew Lankowicz, Hospital President and Melanie Quinton, Foundation Director of CHI St. Alexius Health Devils Lake Hospital present a $100,000 check to Father Wilhelm and Michelle Clouse, St. Joseph’s Elementary School Principal. The check is in support of the new St. Mary’s Academy Chapel and Learning Resource Center building project. The hospital has committed $100,000 to the project over a 10 year time span, yearly checks of $10,000 will be presented.

Community Shout Out: Linde celebrates a decade at Bergstrom Cars

DEVILS LAKE - Teresa started out working in the rental department- washing cars, renting the vehicles, and completing some office work. Slowly her role shifted away from rental and more towards office work, where she became Office Assistant/Warranty Administrator. In September 2018, Teresa was promoted to Office Manager at Lake Toyota and assists in the Finance department. She said that “with every position has come different changes, and adaptation has been an important part of my growth within this business.” Chris Devier, General Manager at Lake Toyota said “We are trying to create a customer experience that is second to none and Teresa is a huge part of that. She wears several hats here at Lake Toyota and takes pride in everything she does.”
