Newcastle Local Municipality: Last year in November, during the inauguration of councils in various municipalities across the province – I offered to work with municipalities to speed up the rollout of socio-economic infrastructure including human settlements. Today, I am meeting with the leadership of Newcastle Local Municipality. Speed, efficiency and hard work remains the hallmark of our work during this term of office. This is what we want to share with the local leadership today.
