We have larry who is a professor of the graduate acting program at school of the arts in new york in the musical writing program. Hes particularly interested in the music of broadway and has written biographies of Richard Rogers and playwrights and in addition to several other books. Since this project is funded by two grants, the general funds were obtained to proceed to recommendation of the award of the construction project. As i mentioned, the Funding Sources are grant funds the Funds Community Development grants [ indiscernible ]. The state of california grant we obtained in october of 2018 for 625,108. And then with the general funds adding that we have to supplement the construction contract award of 284,000. And this totals the project budget of 2,871,308. So the uses are going to be for construction. 1,884,000 and in the amount of 986,000,208. So after this project is awarded, the project will go through the certification of the contract and we anticipate to Start Constructio
