That the contractors didnt have enough help in working the system and that impaired the over all avatar system. If im a Service Provider and i have access to the avatar system, does that mean im in my office and i upload information. How exactly, do i need to go down to the Public Office . How does that work . Its a marvelous system. Many aspects of treatment can go into that. There are criteria for reimbursement and compensation of the contractor which is necessary to have a good way for entering your data, and that was the main problem the contractors had because they werent able to get their bills paid and other techniques had to develop to get the money flowing. The system isnt fully implemented is from my understanding. The city of Sedona last week released its annual community report and touched upon the highs and lows of the past year, one that was difficult for most.
“I’m most proud that when you look at our efforts as a city, they flow very nicely from the city’s Community Plan,” City Manager Justin Clifton said of the report after it was made public. “We’re making progress in areas like economic diversification, sustainability, transportation and bike and pedestrian facilities.
