After he graduated in 1977, he graduated with bachelor of science degrees from Eastern Oregon State College, now known as Eastern Oregon University, and the University of Hawaii.
Taulung engaged with education activities and has served as a health planner, staff physician, chief of staff, and director of Kosrae’s Department of Health. Building the nation’s defenses against the virus became his top priority, the news release stated.
