Michael Stevens metro police say they got the call from people inside the 24 hour fitness around 1 20 this morning. Thats near the intersection of rainbow and alta. Police say when they showed up they found a man inside a white car shot one time in the torso area. He was pronounced dead here on the scene. As for how this happened metro police say they believe a two door car with two people inside pulled up along side that white vehicle and fired one round into the car. Killing the man.
