Reporter: ); A Derry group is organising a series of events as part of Rare Disease Day. Every year on February 28, Rare Disease Day takes place across the world to raise awareness about rare diseases. This year local people from Derry are being offered an amazing programme of virtual events and activities organised by a local charity - the Northern Ireland Rare Disease Partnership (NIRDP). The partnership was formed in 2012 and works to ensure no one is disadvantaged due to the rarity of their condition.
