The IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials is an online journal published by the IEEE Communications Society for tutorials and surveys covering all aspects of the communications field. Telecommunications technology is progressing at a rapid pace, and the IEEE Communications Society is committed to providing researchers and other professionals the information and tools to stay abreast. IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials focuses on integrating and adding understanding to the existing literature on communications, putting results in context.
The general IEEE policy requires that authors should only submit original work that has neither appeared elsewhere for publication, nor is under review for another refereed publication. Exceptions can be made to this policy, but only with the approval of the editorial board. This means that authors must disclose all prior publication(s) and current submissions when submitting a manuscript.
IEEE ComSoc/KICS Exemplary Global Service Award is given for outstanding and long-term service fostering and advancing globalization within the communications arena.
